Unravel: the longest hand painted film in Britain
Sunday 17.05.11 | 3pm – 6pm

Since winning the Deutsche Bank Award for Art at the Royal College of Art in 2010, Chris Paul Daniels and Maria Anastassiou have been travelling the length and breadth of mainland Britain with their epic film project – UNRAVEL: the longest handpainted film in Britain.

In collaboration with national film venues, art galleries, community spaces and educational institutions they are assembling a film that, when completed, will amount to 16hrs of footage; each frame representing one metre in the 879 miles between Lands End and John O Groats.
