"Junction" is a collaboration between sound/performance artist Griet Beyaert (Belgium) and multimedia artist Silvia Liebig (Germany). The interdisciplinary spatial installation is being shown for the first time and was developed especially for BasementArtsProject.

Junction is part of the Neuland Project.

NEULAND - PLACES AND NARRATIVES

The project Neuland explores aspects of the theme, linking knowledge about a place with associations and whimsical ideas. In this way, the idiosyncratic cognitive potential of art becomes an impulse for thinking about this place and its use. Starting from a collection of materials, a result develops that can be thought differently and further.
